So a mom was ARRESTESTED for letting her 10 year-old son get a tatt to memorialize his brother who was killed in an auto accident.  She claimed that as long as she consented to havng her kid get some ink then it was OK.  Not so fast...

The law says you must be 18.  And the tattoo artist can be held liable.
